Q. What time is check-in and check-out?

A. Check-in is from 14:00, and check-out is until 11:00.

Q. Are there any curfews?

A. No, there is no curfew. We would like for you to let us know in advance if you are checking in at midnight or checking out early in the morning.

Q. Are there bathrooms in the room?

A. All the rooms are equipped with private bathroom and toilet. Click here for room amenities.

Q. Are there hairdryers and toothbrush in the room?

A. All rooms are equipped with hairdryers, toothbrush, and towels.

Q. Is there a parking space? How much is it?

A. Yes, we have a parking space for 20 cars. It is 1,100JPY per night. There are coin parking close by if incase the parking space is full.

Q. Are there any wifi?

A. No, we do not provide wifi service.

Q. Can we use the Internet?

A. All the rooms are equipped with LAN cable for free Internet access. If you do not have your own laptop with you, there are two computers in the lobby for everyone’s use, 24 hours.

Q. How do we get to the hotel?

A. By subway Karasuma Line, get off at Marutamachi station. The hotel is 3 minutes walk to the left from exit No. 2. Click here for ACCESS from the airport.

Q. Are there any restaurants?

A. There is a restaurant on the ground floor called “FERMATA”. FERMATA is open from 7:00-22:00. Click here for more information.

Q. How much is breakfast?

A. Breakfast is 1,100JPY if reserved the day before. It is a western style buffet at the restaurant “FERMATA” from 7:00 – 10:00. If you go without reservation, the price is 1,200JPY.

Q. Can we send our luggage to your hotel?

A. Please inform us in advance if you are sending your luggage to our hotel. Write your name and check-in date on the delivery sheet.

Q. Are there any non-smoking rooms?

A. All the rooms are non-smoking rooms. There is a smoking booth on the 2nd floor, if you need to smoke.
